Outboard Motor Rewire

We had an old outboard motor that had mice living there for the winter who chewed through every single wire. We took it to Yamaha who told us to throw the whole motor away as it could not be re-wired or fixed. Too much trouble they said.  Here's some of the before pictures.

We cleaned up all wires, soldered new, encased them in insulation. Was a 5 beer job and took all day. But we got it going.
